Job requests from clients are placed
on the Web.
|
|
Specialists peruse job offers placed
on the Web and the details of job requests sent to them
by clients.
|
|
Specialists able to meet a client's
requirements respond to the client on the Web.
|
|
The client and specialists
verify conditions with each other over the Web. The
client then chooses a specialist.
|
|
Agreement is reached. The specialist
carries out the job.
|
|
The client pays the fee agreed on with
the specialist, through C-NAVI.
|
|
|
Using this method, clients themselves are able to
search for and select interpreters and translators from the C-NAVI
database. Clients may also register their job requirements and select
from among specialists who offer their services for the job.
* C-NAVI will advise on all matters until agreement is reached
between client and specialist. C-NAVI takes no responsibility for
matters arising after agreement. Clients and specialists are free
to negotiate on fees.
* Instead of the brokerage fee normally charged for intermediary
services, payment for C-NAVI services is 5% of the fee agreed between
the client and the specialist.

then settled, followed by formal agreement.
|
|
C-NAVI provides necessary

| Note to Clients |
- Whether you choose method A or method B, please be aware that
good communication with the selected specialist is essential for
the success of business at hand. Please provide as much information
as possible regarding times, venue, details of assignments, reference
materials, and so on.
- Please provide the specialist beforehand with whatever materials
are available. If it is not possible to pass on the actual job
material in advance, related materials, explanatory outlines,
etc., will still be very useful in enabling the specialist to
make all possible preparations for the job.
- As professionals, specialists maintain complete confidentiality
of all dealings with clients.
- Particularly for interpreter services, in the continually changing
business scene, where speed determines gain or loss, preliminary
meetings are sometimes not possible. Moreover, some circumstances
cannot be anticipated unless on the spot. Even in such cases,
explanation of conditions and circumstances by the client or client's
representative will help the interpreter to prepare, and adapt
to conditions as required. This will do much to ensure the smooth
progress of the business for which the interpreter is being hired.
- Above all, a relationship of trust between client and specialist
is the key to business success, and gives a return exceeding the
cost involved.
- C-NAVI's mission is to support and enhance good communication
between people, between businesses and between countries.
