This service enables the client to search a C-NAVI database for registered specialist interpreters and translators who can satisfy job requirements set by the client. Having registered conditions, required skills, etc., the client is able to invite suitable specialists to accept the job at hand.

1. The C-NAVI system significantly reduces the expense of coordination and enables clients to obtain high-quality services at low cost.
   
2. Clients themselves are able to search for and select specialists who suit their requirements.
   
3. The client registers job conditions and requirements with the C-NAVI system. Specialists who are satisfied with the conditions and requirements offer their services. The client is then free to choose the most suitable individual.
   
4. Specialists may be selected to suit the client's budget. Clients and specialists are free to negotiate on fees.

* C-NAVI provides support on all matters until agreement on conditions is reached between client and specialist. C-NAVI takes no responsibility for matters arising after agreement.

* The purpose of the C-NAVI office is to link clients looking for specialists and specialists looking for work. Instead of the brokerage fee normally charged for intermediary services, payment to C-NAVI for Web Matching Services is 5% of the fee that the client agrees to pay the specialist, on mutual acceptance of conditions.

* C-NAVI asks clients and specialists (interpreters & translators) who use this system to accept responsibility for conditions and requirements on which they have agreed.
